This place is short staffed, the staff may be great but this affects the people trying to donate. They turn away a good portion of people due to not having enough staff. They told me my veins were to thin to donate and told me to come back on 2 weeks. After two weeks I was able to donate, the second time i came to donate i had issues where where messed up my arm, they let the machine drain my blood and return it. They then told me I couldn’t returnfor another 56 days. If you are trying to donate, do not come here. They took some of my plasma and didn’t pay me for the inconvinience.

I came here months ago to try and donate and was told “we don’t have the staff to take new donors so you’ll have to come back.” Well because of how far my drive is I went to a competitor instead. I now thought today I’d try to give them another try but I won’t drive down there without calling first. Iv called 10 times in 2 hours and can’t get through to ask anyone if I can even donate there. I’d assume this place will quickly be closed down if they are really so short staffed.

I just want to personally think Mrs.Harriet for stepping up today after working a 12 hr shift through her brake and Still manage to come in and find a vein when no one else could, much appreciated. Thank you, for everything you’re doing. keep up the good work,it will pay off.

Terrible place to donate now- and it used to be a decent place too. It’s not that they are understaffed, it’s just that half the staff is way overworked and the other half does next to no work at all. The intake staff plays favorites and ushers their friends to the front of the line. You might be waiting there 3 hours to donate, all the while multiple people who’ve been there 15 minutes are ushered to the front of the line. And if you say anything about it they may accuse you of being rude. Won’t ever donate there again- not that they really care I’m sure.

Here right now and I’ve gotta say it’s been a great experience since I walked into the door. Melissa, Beth, Ryan, Michael, & the entire staff have been friendly and made me feel like a regular and more comfortable with the process. All areas are clean and well organized. Obviously they’ve gotta control labor, but nobody seemed overworked or overwhelmed. Looking forward to my second donation in a few days and getting to see everyone again. Tip: be patient, kind, friendly, and bring a jacket cause that saline is cold! Haha
