Not really a fan. I went to donate a while back. I took my jacket off for the process. After I was done I picked it up and a small pocket knife fell out of my jacket pocket. I always carry one, they are handy. I picked it up and put it in my pocket.

I started coming here and they recently changed their days of operation. The days and times that have been changed to don’t work with my schedule anymore. I wish they gave donors more time to prepare for this change.

No real problems here. Can be a long wait at times but with the amount of protocol that they have to follow it makes perfect sense. Decent intensives for return. I have multiple piercings and tattoos and donate regularly so I have no idea what some of the other reviews are talking about when they talk about limits to the amount you can have (just make sure you haven’t had anything in the past 12 months). Go early in the morning to avoid the rush, drink at least a gallon of water the day before and eat a good sized, not too fatty meal before you go to donate. Oh and bring a stress ball!

I enjoy the the new management staff they a very prompt and always willing to help . I can be a tough cookie and they always treat me with great customer service. My only concern was having so many “QA” .. is what they called themselves, in the booth while I’m being screened. It made my receptionist and phlebotomist very nervous there was four of them . This cause her to miss my vein because she felt like she was understand so many eyes more than usual.

Absolutely ridiculous policies!! If you have more than three tattoos DO NOT go here. they don’t allow anyone that has over 3 tattoos to donate. This policy is absurd and allows them to discriminate against people with them. Along-side this the customer service is horrible. They do not make it a point to act like they care about anyone that walks through the door. These people are obviously there for a paycheck only. I highly recommend that no one go here. The money is not worth it!

Wasn’t sure about donating at first but glad I did. I have had a great experience every time. Yeah the wait can sometimes be long but so can you line at the grocery store or walmart as well. The staff is friendly and treat you with kindness. My only advice is bring a blanket if you get cold easy.

This is how they work.. if you pass all of the qualifications, no fresh piercing,tattoos.drink water the night before and an hour before you go. Clean blood and healthy. Then you can use this as a quick 25 or 35 bucks twice in 7 day period. There are promotions every month. I advise to use this for a few month and then let the injection site fully heal…This comes in handy for extra cash. This place is located in the real world so If you’re all sensitive and overly exaggerating then dont go here because they are not perfect. Those people get their jobs done. There’s always some that are awful at every job and every establishment. On the flip side……how many of them are actual phlebotomists??

Rude staff members working the front counter and question booths is the only downside. Sometimes you will be skipped over by a dozen other donors that signed in after you did. Other times you will be disrepected by check in staff that are just plain rude to people. There are a couple ladies there that have such poor unbecoming personalities and attitudes that they shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public.

I actually couldn’t make it through my first donation. In fact, I didn’t even get a needle in me before I left. The staff there was actually talking poorly about me behind doors, I saw other people’s social security cards. The lack of respect and privacy is incredible. I would never ever go back there

I love working there. The manager and staff would always keep you laughing and having fun working all at the same time. The pace of getting people in and out have been great.
