Everybody (who is able) should be donating blood and they should do it here! All of the employees are fantastic, highly professional, extremely skilled, and super nice. They handle everything with care and they make sure to take care of their people.

Had a really great experience my first time donating at Bonfils. The staff members were very pleasant and helpful, and the check in process was quick and easy. The lady who stuck me did a fantastic job – I almost always have problems donating with my left arm, but she painlessly got me on the first stick. I was well attended during my donation, and they even brought me snacks and water to make sure I was good to go. Will definitely be returning here in the future!

Everyone who was working there was very nice and made me smile. They did a very good job of keeping minimal people inside of the building in taking precautions with COVID. At the end of the visit they gave me a bow from my arm wrap and it just set my Saturday off to the perfect start.

Wonderful, caring staff who are so helpful and appreciative of every donor. I am here frequently (almost every 2-3 weeks) as a platelet donor for the past 8 years and continue to have great experiences. Thank you to each of the dedicated employees for all you do and how welcoming you are! Haven’t been to any other locations, but this one is super friendly!!

The staff here treats you well, respectfully, and courteously. They operate efficiently. One plus is the Westminster Chick-fil-A offers a free chicken sandwich at this location during some times. Very nice!

Still listed under Bonfils, but now called Vitalant. Fast and friendly blood donation center that was doing a good job with Covid distancing and protection. It’s especially easy if you go online to fill out your donor information the day of the blood draw. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Filled out all the info on line before going in. Got there and they had no record of it being completed. Was told to go sit down. 25 minutes later I as called and after I pointed out that the page had disappeared, was told to start over. I said goodbye! The whole process has died be nothing but go downhill since Vitalant took over. If you can’t fix fire it out, I’m done! Incidentally, I’ve donated over 20 gallons.

Vitalant is NOT Bonfils. Ever since the change, buyout, acquisition, the whole experience of donating blood has gone down hill. Vitalant does not value the time of the blood donor. Vitalant systems and procedures are significantly more onerous now-a-days. They also don’t have their stuff together. Their right hand doesn’t know what their left hand is doing. It is SO DISAPPOINTING to see the downward spiral of a once top notch organization like Bonfils. As a 12 gallon (almost to 13) rare donor who is extremely busy, I don’t have time for this ameteur operation to blantantly waste my time when I can donate. I would not bother to give blood with this organization until they get their ducks in a row and stop wasting donors valuable time!

Whomever is making appointments for them is NOT helpful at all. Not sure I want to trust them to find my vein with a needle when the front desk has a hard time on the phone. Bummer because it seems to be a lot harder to give blood in CO than I would have thought.
