I’ve donated here a couple of times and have had good experiences both times. I definitely plan to donate at this location again, my only two sort-of complaints are these: they’re somewhat inconsistent with thank you gifts (once, I had my pick of a dozen unique red cross items, another time I got literally nothing except the snacks), and I wish the staff was a little more pro active about welcome guests at the door. Both times I walked in I was ignored and had to figure out where to check in and wait on my own.

I’ve been a blood donator for years because it helps people and makes me feel like a good person. This place is completely understaffed, unorganized, not clean, etc. Requires appt: made one for 1:30, got there at 1:10, sat there until 2:20, didn’t even donate and left. If you can donate while in a different city, or at the hospital instead, definitely consider before going here. I will never be back. Pitiful.
