From the time you walk in until the time you’re ready to leave, you are made to feel important and receive nothing less than smiles and compassion. The staff genuinely care about you and the lives you are helping. It’s a fun atmosphere. They typically have a game show on the TVs. As they are taking care of everyone, they find time to play the games with you. Next thing you know, you’re done and it’s time to schedule your next appointment.

The employees were courteous however I made an appointment for 2 people, one with Type 0neg and another with 0 + and 45 minutes after the appt time they were just ready for one of us. This is not respectful of a person’s time who is trying to something without compensation. They begged for people to give due to shortage but did not have the personnel to do the job. Perhaps they were trying to put too many people through.

The people are all super nice and positive! However they don’t pay here. Instead a 10 dollar donation is sent to Ukraine. So if you’re looking to make a quick $100 this isn’t the place. But the service is amazing!

My husband has went here several times, the staff are all so nice to us. They are always good about getting him in & out of there in a timely matter. It’s always so clean inside. Would recommend this place if u want to donate blood or plasma.

I donated plasma to give to covid patients in need, as I had the virus at the end of 2020. The staff was very nice from when I called to make an appointment and during the donation process. I was very nervous, as this was my first time to donate. Someone was with me every step of the way, and answered any questions I had.

Great group of people that work there!!! They always make you feel you’re important and not just a number. They stay by your side the whole time!!! I love this place due to my blood being thick and I have to go and get it drawn off as often as every 4 days!!!

I went and donated blood since I haven’t in over a year. I got up to fast and got lightheaded. Did go down but didn’t really fall because I knew what was going on. Employees there were great and made sure I was okay before I could leave. I would highly recommend them with donating blood.
