This is for the store location only! Hours posted are false. Went in to donate on Monday and after talking to HQ apparently this location just works the hours they feel like even though the local phone and google for Clarksville says 8-5. Every other experience has been pleasant but now know why most prefer to only use the mobile drives

I’ve donated blood here several times. Always clean and super professional…for the most part. I was just contacted by I believe a woman with the name of Sherri, maybe Terri being asking me to schedule an appointment to donate more blood. I stated that it was not a good time and for her to call back later and was responded to with “Then why did you answer the phone?” I always answer the phone because you never know who could be on the other line. All I have to say to this is that if you’re going to draw my blood and ask me numerous personal questions about my health history, at least act like a professional. Other than that, great place to donate!
