I have donated plasma in three different states. One plasma center I donated at was in a college town. This plasma center is the worst I’ve been too. My first appointment took almost 4 hours total. Wait times for every appointment have been almost an hour. The staff is so nice and they really try to be accommodating and kind, but it’s very obvious they’re understaffed. Every time I’ve come in I’ve heard they had people call out sick, but I think they just don’t have appropriate staff ratios. Unfortunately I am desperate for extra cash so I will keep coming. My experience has been awful though.

I have been at this facility for about six months. An I have had nothing but pleasant and professional interactions. But one employee above them stands out when it comes to getting my plasma drawn and that’s Nikkie! Excellent stick Excellent conversation and wonderful personality that brightens up the experience. She patient, professional, and knowledgeable of all aspects in plasma. If she does not know something she is not afraid to admit and get assistance or the required knowledge for it. I highly suggest that if you do make the decision to donate request Nikkie to do it. You truly won’t be disappointed!

I have been donating at the same location for several years I’ve done 425 donations. This place used to be great. Unless there was some sort of massive hiccup I could always count on my “stick” being done within 15-30 min of my appointment time. I want to make it clear that I am as i always have been, very impressed with the phlebotomists. I see them regularly moving and working quickly and efficiently. Today I waited more than 45 minutes just to be screened and an additional 42 minutes before being stuck with the needle. This has become a very regular occurrence over about the last year. Whoever is making the schedule both for employees and for donor slots needs to be retrained or replaced. All of your best employees are leaving because management is running this site into the ground. Fix it.
