I love comimg here to donate. Everyone is nice and has answered any questions I had. The facility is very clean and accommodating. Some days are super busy and you do have to wait even with an appointment but if you ask a worker what days and times are usually slow you can plan your visits to be in an out within an hour.

They lied to me and said I would be on the new donor and receive $400 for 4 visits. After my third I was told I’m not a new donor and I received $200 first 2 times and $40 3rd. Furthermore, they treat you like a criminal, will google search your address and ask the most ridiculous questions. I’ll never ever use this place again. They’re garbage and are going to loose a lot of old continuing donors.

Be careful that you know exactly what you are expected to get paid. I thought that I was going to get new donor prices but since I donated here years ago, I only get new donor prices for the first two visits. I found this out yesterday after I was denied my delicious Subway sandwich because my card was declined after I had just gotten gas.
