The staff are always very friendly but they’re also ALWAYS short handed. Even with an appointment you will NEVER get in on time. IT’S NEVER running smooth. Definitely need to hire more people and figure out how to keep employees

It’s okay here. I see the staff make mistakes sometimes, but they’re usually timely to adjust an incorrect needle placement. I’ve donated here more than 15 times now and I’ve had two occurences where the needle wasn’t placed correctly causing harm to my arm. Other than that the staff are nice. But the wait time is usually ridiculously long. For example: You make an appointment for 5 but don’t check in until 6. You don’t leave until 7 or 8.

This place is like going to the grocery store but there’s only 1 cashier so you have wait in line longer than expected. Don’t come here in a hurry to work because you probably won’t leave on time. They have TVs that supposedly play movies but they never do. Instead they play pandora music that challenges you not to fall asleep. The staff are mostly friendly with a few who aren’t in any hurry. Shoutout to Aaron the best employee this place has. Just like bakersfield grifols on wible is alright.

Great place and very clean. More than half of the staff are very professional and I love their customer service really makes one feel welcomed especially when they have a smile on their face. A few staff that go above and beyond to make one feel welcomed are Savannah, Jayson, Nora, Dee, and so many more just don’t have a good memory and most of the time workers have their name tag flipped so I can’t see it. Although there is a few workers that can work on their customer service the place is great.

I have been a donor on and off since 2008 but back consistently, 2x weekly, for about a year. Once you’re a regular, they all remember you by name and it’s so welcoming and comfortable catching up, all while doing something that helps so many people. They make the entire process from beginning to end as simple and smooth as possible for you too. I actually look forward to the down time there because my days are BUSY. So that’s a plus too. This locations staff truly is a GREAT group of ladies and gentlemen! Never have had a bad experience! Facility is always clean and wait time is always minimal these days. The new app with the questionnaire available is definitely a great upgrade as well.
