4th time donating at this location and company. Only 1 of the 3 regular donations was I in a chair in 15 minutes (appointment and triage check in). 2x now, had 30-45 minutes wait before triage. Labor day, the website showed appointments available all day. I made a 10:30 appointment at 9:15am. Show up at 10:20 and the lobby is packed and 19 people ahead of me. Quoted 45 minute wait. I was told “its a holiday and we had some people call in sick”. Ponder this, 1) a website appointment system can’t be adjusted or corrected? 2) management doesn’t have a contingency plan for call outs? M-W is best as they are not as busy.

Booked an appointment as a first-time donor online and when I showed up I was told they basically only honor walk-ins. I was then told the wait would be 4 -5 hours, which obviously I didn’t have time for. I would love to give plasma, but if my only option is waking up at 5:30 am and driving the 20 minutes there in the hopes that the wait isn’t ridiculous, maybe it just isn’t for me. Two stars just because the gal at the front desk was very kind and just doing her best. If I return and have a positive experience, I hope to reverse this review.
