The people are nice, but this place is poorly run. I scheduled to have a physical at 4:30 pm. I didn’t get seen till almost 7pm. Who use time to just throw away two and a half hours like that?? Worse than a county hospital. Stop packing in appointments and schedule people appropriately.

I was very nervous about coming in because it was my first time but I really needed the extra cash but ms.GER made me feel so comfortable and very helpful in nice . Then when I got to the back melody very caring and she does make sure you’re comfortable I will recommend when you guys come in ask for GER and Melody I will be returning !

They are always short staffed and making excuses on why they can’t take new donors, today I called to avoid waisting gas I was told over the phone they were accepting new donors but it will be a wait, I made my way up there in 20 minutes for them to tell me that they have paused on taking new donors which is why I’m making this review, they accepted the first two people in front of me but insisted I either come back the next day or wait until 3pm when I arrived at 1pm very unprofessional. Why operate if you’re short staffed ? And it’s been like this for years I’ve been here plenty of time but not in the last year

Had an issue and tried to contact them, impossible. Called 15 times in under 10 minutes and not a single answer. Had someone pickup and drop the phone back down multiple times though. Absolutely worthless customer service. Its not even the first time or I wouldnt be upset

Just wanted to say I had a very hospitable experience here at Grifols thanks to Bredford. The receptionist at the new donor desk there was a little misunderstanding. And he went respectfully cleared up the issue and was not rude. That really went a long way with me cause others have been rude. We live in a time unfortunately where people aren’t treated like humans anymore. So when I come across souls who still do it’s delightful to see.
