Everyone that works here is extremely professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, experienced. Although donating plasma is not the most pleasant thing to do, the staff here is always welcoming and friendly and I have not had a bad experience yet. I will continue to donate plasma, because the employees are so nice. The donation area is very clean and you feel comfortable with your surroundings.
