I have been coming here for over a year. The staff is very friendly And that’s especially happy with how fast I get in-and-out. If you’ve ever wanted to donate plasma this is definitely the place I would recommend to come.

Don’t bother yourself coming here waisting your gas and wasting your time… You will have to have an appointment set before hand. In order to make a appointment you must first download an app create an account username and password that they can’t even give you or create for you; the staff here is little to no help and very rude.

Really great experience last time I went (which was about a week ago). The woman who was assisting me was very helpful it was on a Tuesday around 10am. She was quick and sweet. I hardly had a bruise on my puncture site. Also the woman in the exam room was a sweetheart. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This place is great. Staff are friendly and try their best to accommodate, especially when dealing with difficult people. I donated here for years up until about 3 years ago when I just didn’t have the time and I observed A LOT. Coming back, the system/process is different, seems faster; and I’m glad to see some familiar faces. The process to become a donor wasn’t hard. I went in understanding that if I have any concerns of being turned away I should ask right away so I don’t risk wasting my time. I looked up what I can be turned down for and educated myself on why it can happen. I called ahead and asked a few questions on what I needed and what would be a good time to go in to go through the process, staff answered my questions and offered good advice. It’s in my experience that if you eat a HEALTHY balanced diet and hydrate sufficiently you should be fine to donate each time. I was there for almost 3 hours from beginning of process to walking out the door, and that’s with a few issues taking up some time that I wasn’t really worried about anyway. I had a great experience and I’m glad I started to donate again.

The workers are very personable and always aim to move as swiftly as possible. What makes it just a bit difficult in there is the lack of seating and sometimes being short staffed. Other than that, I have had nothing but great experiences!

I don’t care for this location. The staff are rude and now you have to make an appointment and they are short staffed. At CSL they at least treat the donors better from what I’ve seen

Went here yesterday. People were nice and polite. Pay rate for your time is better than their competition. For me, location is more convenient. They have rules of conduct for donors which include language, behavior and hygiene. Yes, they will refuse your business if you stink! Nice! I will continue going here.

Great staff! Clean and comfortable. Always good on the stick. I’m generally out in well under 2 hours if it’s not full. New design with seating and getting people in and out quickly much better than before.

It’s decent. Front desk staff is fine. The kiosk is irritating because often people will be talking to their friends in line and make the process take way longer than it should. They also make you wait if your heart rate is too high, but their parameter for a high rate is a bit much. The waiting room is poorly cooled and the people in line are often bothersome. The process of drawing blood involves needles which a lot of people have a physical reaction to. Adding 15 minutes of sitting when I’ve already been there 50 minutes is extremely annoying.
