Honestly what’s the point of setting an appointment if you can’t help donors on Time. My appointment was almost 30 minutes and I’m still waiting around . Whoever is in charge really needs to get it together and do what you are getting paid to do! RUN THIS PLACE LIKE IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. Still waiting!!!

Gotta say this is the best plasma donation center in the valley. With competitive compensation and they have monthly bonus events/programs that let you earn even more. The staff is great and they get to know you by name and are always very friendly. Also very well trained and make it as painless as possible when getting ready to donate

I have a thyroid condition that causes me to get hypertension from time to time went yesterday blood pressure was too high. Couldn’t even donate today as a cause some dude didn’t realize I had been already done with half the onboarding process and instead of being professional he accused me of yelling something that never happened I got asked twice for my ID and social and I told him the woman at the desk already asked me for it was there aggravation in my tone yes the process is very repetitive doing the same exact thing over you did the day before but was accused of yelling and buddy went and got his manager wow a simple misunderstanding and you get your manager out here I’m not coming back

I would first like to say that as someone who goes there regularly, everyone there is very friendly and professional and I enjoy my plasma donations. My only complaint is that it seems that they’re understaffed like many places these days. On several occasions I’ve had to wait 45 minutes to an hour after my appointment time to actually get in and start my donation. If they could figure that out, I would have zero complaints. For those of you who are there and come in daily, you guys are rock stars!!

It’s best if you don’t show up at all if your a new donor. They find any reason to defer you and make u come back tomorrow. Apparently I was taking a medicine that wasn’t allowed but it wasn’t on their list. they told me after I got done waiting in the waiting room for about 2 hrs.

Shout out to the entire staff this place is so clean always on point with how they treat their costumers. I have never had an issue with my pokes always have a great time here! This stuff is very friendly and very funny you will never want to fall asleep you will laugh the whole time .. oh and they have tvs too!!
