Long waits 1.5-2.5 hrs to get to the back to start the donation, even with appointments. Staff not very organized . Will usually sit for another 10 to 40 minutes in the back, before we even get needle inserted. Staff calling off often, quitting.

I started donating at the Grifols in Casa Grande where they are more organized, more experienced and definitely NICER customer service. These people here are so disorganized and even speak about everyone’s business including their own, like we all want to hear about it. I donate cuz it’s a good source of income when I need it, it also saves lives. But if I am constantly being moved around in the back once I’m seated, if I’m waiting another 30 mins to get hooked up by someone who is INEXPERIENCED, then I will not return and I will not recommend THIS particular center to others who inquire about donating.

I’ve been coming here for a year, however you’ll never see me or my girlfriend come here again. My girlfriend just left AGAIN after coming in yesterday to be told “the doctor isn’t in and we have to correct your account”.I don’t know how many times she’s come in and there’s something wrong. We’ve told them multiple times and tried everything in our power to be on the same page, but they wouldn’t care. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, 1-2 hour waits just to be seated to get the process started everytime, employees constantly being unprofessional cursing out loud and having conversations re-asking the SAME questions they’ve just asked you while carrying on conversations with other employees.i get a coupon that says I get a 50 dollar bonus, so I go in and they apply it… get home and only my donor money is there and not the bonus. So i call and they want me come back in, when i was just there to make sure these issues wouldn’t happen.(showed the the email on my phone) No I won’t come back the next day due to your incompetence when I stressed I wanted it applied the same day like any other normal person. Save yourself the hassle.

I have been here since 8am it is now 11:23am and still not processed as yet. This location needs more staff. Me and my daughter doing a favor by coming to donate for one of the staff members. We were there for over 3 1/2 hours without being seen. Don’t understand why you make appointments when there is no staff to keep up with appointments. If someone is donating plasma or blood it should not take this longer. This will be my last time ever donating. Very unsatisfied with procedures. Need better Management .

If I could leave a review with no stars I would. Went to donate with my fiance just now, both our first times and we were completely ignored by all staff. It was completely unorganized. After standing there for a half hour waiting after our appointment and still being ignored we left.

There is never anyone at the front desk and their service is always slow they give you an estimate of longer wait times when you’re a new donor. I’m considered new because it’s been longer than 6 months now I remember why I switched to CSL plasma. I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes they are not busy and I’m just waiting kinda confused is anyone going to come to the front desk. If I did not have a 50$ bonus card I would leave. I assure you Andre my 2nd visit I won’t be back

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Tyree is always very helpful with tips on iron rich food since I really struggle with anemia and often have to comback the following day but he’s a great fit for the front and always in a good mood.
