This used to be a great place to donate but the past couple weeks have had me waiting for more than an hour before I even start donating. The staff are friendly and they seem to be trying their best but they are way understaffed for the number of people that come through the door. They need to either get more staff, or reduce the number of people allowed to schedule appointments at the same time.

This used to be such a great place to donate, but lately it is a nightmare! The wait times are ridiculous…. Even if you make an appointment you will be waiting for a crazy amount of time. It used to be so streamlined and fast… better than any other donation center, but now it is just your average run of the mill center. Employees are great and I feel bad for them… it must be overwhelming for them to work like that. Kudos to the employees !!

I have been donating on and off for 10 years. I have been to a few different plasma centers but I have never had a better experience than what I have had at the Spanish Fork location. They are always so helpful, friendly, and great to work with. They are organized and quick at getting you in and out so fast! I enjoy many of the staff members including Trinity the night lead as she is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate all of the fun staff members they keep me coming back!

Staff are great but it seems like corporate overschedules the amount of appointments possible. It used to take me an hour start to finish and now I’m waiting 15-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment before I’m even being screened.

This is such a great place to go. It’s a safe place where we can go and donate plasma. Everyone has always been so nice to me. I feel completely comfortable while there. I have never been nervous with someone sticking in the needle. Very professional and the people are knowledgeable and trained about what they are doing.

The techs are great but I’m waiting on average of 20-30 minutes past my appointed time. I’ve even had to cancel appoinments because I’ve had to wait so long I had to leave. If my appointment is for a certain I expect the longest one should wait is 10-15 minutes. Its frustrating because I’m also one who loses out on money and do everything I can to ensure I donate. Juat to end up having to cancel due to running out of time. People’s rime is valuable. Stop making them wait for so long

My experience here is always great. Staff is wonderful at making you feel at ease and comfortable. I love the friendly atmosphere. Only downside is that sometimes I have to do a bit more waiting than necessary because staff are busy chatting or otherwise distracted. But overall, would highly recommended .

The staff is 4-5 stars for the most part but they are so understaffed it’s insane. Donating used to be an hour long experience and now you wait 30 minutes before you even get to the bay, then another 10 minutes to get the needle in your arm. Donating has turned into a two hour experience and it’s ridiculous.
