Some of the staff is really nice and quick but a LOT of them are so unprofessional and spend so much time chatting with each other, basically yelling across the room, sometimes even throwing things at each other. The whole donation process takes way longer than it should because of this and I feel like they aren’t careful or focused for people who are about to stick a needle in my arm. I’m excited to go to a different location when I move.

I just wanted to shout out Cam and Taylor who helped me out the other day when I wasn’t feeling good. All of the staff there has been easy to talk to and very kind but these two really put in the time and effort to make sure I was okay. Their patience, expertise, and non judgmental attitudes are just part of what makes them stellar. Thank you both (and everyone at this plasma center) so much. 🙂

Some of the staff are very efficient and help you quickly. Others will carry on a full 15 min conversation with another member before helping you. Really adds a lot to extra time to a process that shouldn’t take that long. I do donate fairly often and enjoy the extra income and 90% of the staff are quick and focused.

I stopped donating for awhile and came back a few months ago. Unlike most donation places that can be packed, the Provo location provides quick and friendly service. I haven’t had any issues with pokes, as they do a great job and are on time to get you ready to go after donating. I recommend this place 100%!

When you’re eligible to donate, you can donate twice a week. This place allows you to bring your own stress toys to squeeze, and you can surf the web/listen to music/watch videos/play games on your phone (wear headphones). Music is also provided at the center. And the more you donate per month, the higher you’re paid later in the month. There are also friendly faces to see here. Make sure you’re good on protein, especially for the quarterly protein test. Eggs and chicken do wonders.

I’ve been donating here off and on for a few years and overall it’s been great. I am disappointed that I went in today after getting a text and email offering me a bonus to come in. When I showed the staff the text and email they told me they would not honor it and they seemed upset like I was putting them out. They said they would give me half of what the text and email said. That is pretty lame and if it was my first experience with them I would never go back and think they were dishonest. Thankfully that experience is an outlier and normally the staff has been super friendly.

Took me a while to feel totally comfortable, but I’ve actually made friends here! Donating has helped us pay for vacations on vacations. A great opportunity! They lose a star because they don’t play movies on Saturday mornings anymore.
