Everyone here is SO nice! They are all so helpful and careful with their practice. They do their absolute best under their tricky circumstances right now. I love coming here because of the staff. Especially Ryan, the manager, is so awesome and attentive ti everyone. Love this location!!

The past 2 times I’ve gone during the week, the wait time is over an hour just to be seen. Today the wait time on the board said 40 mins wait, my scheduled time was 5:45 pm. There was people in there that arrived 4:30 pm and still hadn’t been seen when I gave up and left at 6:40 pm. If you don’t have enough staff, don’t schedule so many appointments. It’s not fair to expect a donor to be there for 3-4 hours without notice. If anything we should get a notification stating the wait time so we don’t waste our time. I will change my 1 star review if/when this stops happening. If I show up next time and it’s over booked like this I won’t be back and will leave my review at 1 star

Had an ok experience at first, nothing to bad to say considering they are always busy.Some staff is friendly but most don’t seem to want to be there and can be rude. Those in charge have power trips and do not honor bonuses, and when asked why they say “it doesn’t always work”. Like that they offer appointments but lately even with an appointment it can take longer, especially after 3pm. Will be going back to my old center, longer wait but much better service, they honor their bonuses and friendly staff.

I have overall had a great experience with this donation center in the year I’ve been coming here. The employees are friendly and professional. Tanar in particular is an absolute gem. The only considerable complaint I have is if I get deferred for a day, their online system will not allow me to reschedule on the following day for quite some time, sometimes until the following morning. I do know this is just an issue with the online system and not this particular center. Overall, this has been a great place to donate and would recommend it if you are considering donating here.

Overall, I have a generally good experience while I’m here. I’ve been going to this facility for just over a year and am friendly with most of the staff. Some times of the day are busier than others, and when it’s busy there is a longer time to wait to donate. No one tells you about a wait time, it will just be really slow and lots of people waiting. It’s very clean in the facility and has a sterile smell that is very unique. It’s super easy to book your appointment online through their app. The amounts received for donations each month are inconsistent and the new donor price keeps going down. But for the amount of time I spend it is worth it for the money I receive.

Great place to do plasma! The staff is very kind and helpful when donating, and the wait time is always short! Started going here after moving from Spanish Fork and the transferring process was easy and fluid. I go twice a week and will keep donating!

This location has the tetanus program which all I needed to do was get a booster shot and I am eligible for extra money per donation. I also enjoy the express kiosk feature where I can just do my questions at home, then come in, scan the we code, and be ready to be called for my screening. At most I spend about an hour here per donation, it’s quick and the staff are very professional during the entire process
