My experience here has been great! Everyone is so nice, but I remember Nicole vividly. She performed my physical exam. She was professional yet warm. Very fast yet efficient. It was a busy day with new donors and she really knew how to keep her cool under pressure. Every time I come in, she goes out of her way to say hello to me. Talk about amazing customer service!

Everyone is super friendly and very helpful! I don’t love the experience of donating plasma (needles – yuck!) but everyone made the process so smooth and easy and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Laina helped me through the check in and we bonded over movies and it was great – I feel like a friend here and it helps soothe my nerves.

Very fast. Other centers I’ve gone to I’m usually there for 2-2.5 hours, here there’s never a line so I’m in and out in less than an hour. Staff is kind. Base pay is $40/$80 for weekly donations.
