I’ve been donating for years, tried several centers here in Salt Lake and this one has them beat by far. The staff were quick and very friendly. I didn’t wait at all as a new donor and the processes were explained to me thoroughly and clearly. I enjoyed my donation as the center was clean and comfortable. Movies on the tvs are a bonus and you can sit while waiting instead of constantly standing in different lines. I was met by a few different staff and all were awesome, but I only remember Bryson and Stevens names. Overall great experience!

Use to donate plasma at BioLife. Came into Grifols in Sandy and have had nothing short of a wonderful experience. No long lines. No making an appointment only to wait in line for a good 2 hours to finally donate. Logan and Lauren, as well as Musafa are all incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Be careful about pay. It had been almost two years since I went there. I asked if I qualify for the new donor fee and was told yes. Fast forward about six weeks and o go to activate my card and there’s way less money than what I thought. So instead 100X4 I got 75X2. The place I left pats 75 standard for my weight at octo. Talked to the manager and all he was interested in is who told me it. I’m sure they can find out who helped me but I did not get what I was told. I regret switching

I needed to donate but didn’t want to go all the way to downtown to donate. Not only will they not let you do that, they will tell you they will defer you if you go back. They don’t care about what’s convenient for you. I made my donation and when I didn’t see a compensation on my card, I called and they didn’t pick up the phone, went straight to voicemail. I had to go down there in person. Was told miss information by one of the lab techs that the money will be compensated on my card tomorrow. No money on my card today, called again and finally got a live person and they told me I needed a new card since I transferred location. I would recommend going to a different plasma center where the customer service experience is better and pay more.

I use to come here almost weekly for the past year needless to say today was my last day with these guys. I use to have great experiences I would tell them exactly where the vein was, how it was and all the tricks and they were great. Unfortunately they picked the wrong day to mess with me. Kyle has struggled from day one with getting my sticks right and then today the guy that did messed it up pretty good. The vein is not that hard to get and even when I’ve had people on their first day they can get it right. You have lost a loyal customer.
