I normally love this facility, and have quick service and helpful techs, which is why I would have given more stars, but I had a very bad interaction with levi, a senior tech today. I have fantastic veins and in my 4+ years of donating plasma have maybe had to be restuck 5 times, always with those new to the job. Levi hit a nerve in my arm which never happens, and I asked him for another person to stick me twice and he ignored my requests both times and said there was nothing we could do, that it was just my arm, and we had to stick the other arm. My cotton pad bled through all the way and I had to request another, and had blood all over my hand, and only by asking another tech later was I able to clean it up. He then stuck another nerve in the other arm, but I finished the donation, and the needle pullout was incredibly painful. I will never be having Levi stick me again.
