My first time was actually a breeze for me everything was so quick from the check in to the physical and to the beds I was there about two hours which compared to the last place I went which was four hours to get through the new donor process including a physical. The staff was super friendly and checked on me when then could. It was pretty busy when I went but all in all I had a good first experience. I hope my regular visits will be quick to get through!

I started coming a few years ago to help pay for my daughters wedding and now having donated over 290 times I still enjoy coming…not bad for hating needles! Super awesome staff!! Working from home going to donate is often my social time!!

Up until about a month ago, I would have given 5 stars. But, they have cut the compensation amount almost in half. They have reduced the hours drastically as well. For some reason, they are now only open when most people are at work. They are no longer open when I am able to go in.

I cannot believe how well organized this donation center is. I came from another nearby center that made you wait in long lines and you could always tell how unhappy the workers were. At this center there’s a small waiting room where you can sit down and the staff morale seems better, which helps to make a bit more of a comfortable experience. Just generally feels way more organized. The plasma machines seem to have way less problems as well. I came over here to take advantage of the new donor bonus and I’m pretty sure I will keep donating at this center going forward.

This place has been wonderful. I started in Oct. 2021. I have always been warmly welcomed and treated kindly. I feel the employees need more pay and more staff to keep up with this process they have. I feel a few more employees would get everyone in and out just over an hour. The place is clean and always see employees cleaning/sanitizing throughout. Trained well and have not heard of “misses”. They all seem to have great attitudes, which is a sign of good management.

I absolutely LOVE everyone here! I have been donating here for the past few years and have always had an amazing experience. Staff is so personable and you end up developing a great friendship with them! The extra spending money is great as well! Nothing like catching up on your favorite TV show and getting paid!

I will always give five stars no matter what! I have been coming here for well over ten years. I mean since brad was on the floor sticking people now he’s the big boss of this location. I almost passed out on my first donation and the staff was very quick to help me and attend to me. I was checked on often and reassured that it happens to new donors often. You guys are amazing!!! So much better than biolife. 🙂
