Everyone was so nice and caring. Shout out to the check in staff, the nurses (Tracy, you rock) and the staff in the donation area were wonderful. It was my very first time donating and I had some issues. They cared about me, helped me feel better and were so concerned. What could have been a horrible experience for me was not, because of the care and compassion of the staff.

This is by far the best plasma center I’ve donated at. Parker always makes the screening process quick and easy, and Aaron makes sure the donation is as painless as possible. Really, all the employees here are fantastic, and you’ll be in great hands no matter who is taking care of you from appointment to appointment. The staff is great with new donors, but don’t treat you any less carefully even if you’ve been in for a hundred donations.

I had a really great first experience with donating here! I am not a fan of IV’s but the friendly staff like Melinda, Conner, Aaron, and others made the process so much less stressful! The clinic was clean and I moved through pretty fast! I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I have been to multiple Biomat and plasma centers, but this location easily had the quickest & easiest physical that I’ve ever had. My entire registration, physical, and donation barely took two hours. It was a quick and painless experience. Tracy, the woman who conducted my physical, explained everything perfectly.

I come for the staff (not the infection). I have been coming off and on to this location for about two years and I always feel welcomed back! I never have any problems and the workers all know their stuff and do such a wonderful job. Aaron H. Is my favorite, his sticks are always the best!

Great center, always efficient. Just wanted to share my experience tonight, I was able to witness two workers, John or Josh ( couldn’t read the name tag) and Trevor deal with an obviously over-hysterical lady who was upset about not getting an advanced Phlebotomist. Which is weird because all the workers who were there tonight have stuck me, some more than once and I have had zero problems. I didn’t know there were ranks of phlebotomist. The two were very patient as they waited for her to calm down and got the tall girl to stick her. It honestly makes me sad that there are donors that make life hard for the people who work here with their entitled and emotional behavior. 5 stars to this staff!

At first I gave this place 3 stars and submitted it before I was done with my donation (because I wasn’t sure I wanted to explain myself) but after my experience with Josh and Trevor today I felt like they really deserve 1 star instead. If there is an actual concern about why I chose to give this review, I would love to talk to the CENTER MANAGER, NOT Trevor or any other PHLEBOTOMIST, about my experience today.
