I came later in the day and was considered as a new donor since it had been years since I had donated. Everyone who assisted me was friendly and were working promptly to try and expedite the process due to the volume of new donors they were intaking. I knew i would be waiting for awhile but it was nice seeing them try to make it a fast and smooth process for everyone. Everyone I had interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. When I sat down to donate it was already 7 and Mrs. Val assisted me she was very informative and has absolutely one of the best personality I have came across. Having employees like this is what contributes to people coming back. Professionals that know their job and can preform with personality. I ended up chatting with Joe who assisted me as well he explained to his growth in the company and communicating with the donors, he was very knowledgeable and definitely enjoyed the conversation. Thank y’all for the efficient, friendly, charismatic atmosphere during my visit.

If anyone is ever considering working here I would like to say that 50/50 you’ll last and the half is you might quit within a month aleyda is the manager here and another man named donato used to be the Assistant manager these two don’t know how to run a center if their lives depended on it. The training is actually pretty good you get trained for a month if I remember correctly but the drama and fights that would happen here between co workers was terrible manager constantly insulting co workers and the M.O.S leaders would look down on everybody as if they were in charge of the center constant stress and drama was just not worth working here sadly it was a good job but not worth 10 dollars an hour to hear constant bickering and fighting for no reason

Avoid this place, it’s become extremely complicated, unprofessional and full of inexperienced pokers. All of the sudden you are force to download and app and make an account. Go somewhere else the composition got worse too
