Everybody was very nice and helpful except for when i was on the donor floor a tech named isabel started talking bad about a coworker of hers being very unprofessional. Was very disappointed to see somebody like that.

I’ve tried to go back twice now but each time they are short staffed with 1 nurse & won’t take anyone else or strongly try to sway you from staying by stressing extremely long wait times. Today I was told 2 hrs, then 3, & by the last conversation, it was a 4 hr. wait time.

Today both me and my partner were deferred from grifols biomat. I was almost permanently deferred due to an misunderstanding between me and the phlobotomist. I am now unable to donate until they fix their mistake in their system. Donating is my second form of income and my family is dependent on it for us to buy basic essentials. Grifols doesn’t seem to understand that the people who regularly donate are those who need the money.

I have a pleasant experience each time I go. From check in to the donation, I was surrounded by sweet caring associates. They are a wonderful well trained team and work like a well oiled machine.
