Slow. The employees are very slow. Ok, now I’m in here for the 3rd time. 6 new donors are waiting and no one is helping us. I believe this location needs a competent manager. The employees went from slow to a complete stop. Too bad there is not an alternative to this place. No structure or order for new donors to sign up the first time. They are heavily understaffed as well.

I was lead to believe I would get 100 and only got 75 I told the lady I have never donated before and she threatened to turn me into the fraud department because some with a different address used my name. Went back again today same lady did the same thing to my son I refused to donate because of how she was treating my mentally handicap son my first donation was thrown away y’all lost 75 dollars because your decided to pick and choose who can donate I will never donate again

Service is extremely slow. There’s no sense of urgency. One pace only, which is irritating for donors. I understand this is a donation, but people have other things to do with their time too. Most of the employees here are nice.

This place could be doing so much better if management steps out of their office n actually facilitate team members. N helps them out. There’s always an issue that could have been preventive. Whenever corporate comes in there on there A game but this needs to be everyday instead of pretending to be okay

Very slow and they have this short black guy with a Bart Simpson hair style that talks too much and is always dropping stuff and showing off in front of the women and he gets on everyone’s nerves and not sure why he hasn’t gotten fired yet and I’ve just about had all I can take of this guy and he’s the reason we have security guards up here because he keeps pissing people off

I went to this place recently and I’m very upset first of all I don’t work in a plasma center but I’m certified in phlebotomy, and the things that they do are actually called neglect. They failed to provide great customer service. And ASHLEY HAS ONE OF THE WORST ATTITUDE I’VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE I WENT AND TOLD THE HEAD MANAGER OF THE FACILITY, AND SHE ACT LIKE SHE WAS IRRITATED BECAUSE I WAS REPORTING ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES. AT THE END OF THE DAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD REMAIN PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. I REALLY THINK THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OUT AND EITHER FIXED OR SHUT DOWN. THERE IS ONLY A COUPLE THAT I CAN SPEAK FOR HIM SAY THAT THEY SHOULD STAY HONESTLY AND THEY DON’T EVEN PAY YOU. Protocol is being broken and there are major issues which needs to be fixed. The Houston office isn’t being ran properly due to individuals placing things in the computer without documentation for transfer or new donors. If it’s the same company, a donor should be able to donate no matter where within that company. Management is rude and needs to be more logical and caring. I have more concerns and need to speak with someone
