The Staff is wonderful. Everyone has a beautiful personality. They treat you with respect and are very helpful. The blood pressure equipment needs to be re evaluated. Half the people coming through were denied for HIGH blood pressure reading. The cups are not adequate for larger arms. My pressure reading was also High. But I will NOT be returning because of the low donor compensation. Not competitive compensation with other donations centers in the area. Very clean, Quiet, comfortable facility. If the money is not a factor This facility is highly recommended.

Ima be real. I came to register & everything on my first day. I was there for 3 hours just for them to tell my my veins are too small. That’s my fault I guess but they agreed to pay me $20 for giving a sample & once I activated my card. It just says $5 & never changed. Deadass never coming here again

For several years I have been denied due to small veins. Whatever. I get it. But you need to fully train your staff. I was trying to donate again today after no luck the previous week. The first time I tried to donate I wasn’t married so the name in the system is my maiden name. Last week I came with my social, ID and proof of address. Did the sign in process and a vein check again. They said no. Again. Okay, like I said I get it that’s cool. That’s not why I’m mad. I was never told to bring my marriage license. But now, today, they are asking for it because my last name is different. I live 35 minutes away. Why was I not told last week when I came??? After being denied so many years for my veins and trying again, this just really irritated me. The girl should’ve told me I needed that last time.

My experience was a good one at the location, I was there yesterday Monday, October 10th. Staff was friendly and respectful, the location was very clean and not too busy. I gave it a 1 because this was the only place where I shared my personal information in the past 12 months. Today Tuesday, October 11th, I received a text alert that there was a credit inquiry! I contacted Experian and found out that a credit card was open without my authorization. Yes, I am a victim of Identity theft! Either my information was sold to a third party by an employee or their system has been hacked compromising others information.
