As a new patient, expect to spend more than three hours here. I had a great experience despite the wait time. Now that I’m in the system, I’m sure the process will be a lot quicker. The staff are super kind. You can tell they know all of the people that come in, they managed to build a bond with them. I recommend giving it a try.

Went at 8am as a new donor because common sense would give anyone the same idea, as any place has a new donor cut off time in the afternoon. Anyway, I was done by 11am, received my bonus, was asked if I was doing ok before during and after my donation. I would recommend going in the morning if a new donor like I said. Nice people

As a new donor yes, you can expect to spend longer times but it is also because they work so slow and unorganized . They offer new donor coupons and when you get there nobody cares to see them and you’re stuck with whatever fees they’re currently offering. I even asked female employee (african with blonde short hair) working behind the window in the back about my donor bonus fees and her response was “wait and see”. Also BEWARE that on top of the regular first time donor questions you do on the kiosk they give you a dumb paper quiz which is MEANT to trick your responses and you will be deferred and have to go back another day. Happened to the person who went with me and the one before us too.

In and out is the vibe here. I always feel like I can ask anyone a question and get an honest answer. Clean and quick

These people permanently deferred me for “unreliable answers “ from 2018. All behind a Tattoo I didn’t mark on the paper. I’m LIVID that I wasted my time
