From the moment you arrive your first time to the in-depth risk assessment and qualification process to the act of donating, the staff and facility are top notch. They maintain a clean facility and great friendly attitudes towards the donors. I’m on my fifth visit now and I plan to continue donating life saving plasma! I’m thankful I get to help out others and a little bit of pocket change doesn’t hurt either.

1st ever plasma place I have been to and it’s been a pretty great experience. The people have personality, very outgoing and make it such an enjoyable time. It is not awkward at all. You can be in and out ASAP if you drink water a lot. I’d recommend early mornings as afternoons are very busy usually. Definitely eat breakfast the day your coming so you don’t have a bad reaction.

Worst and SLOWEST place ever got here at 8:27. It’s 10:00am and I’m haven’t been seated in a booth yet. And if there’s new donors they get to cut in front of you when you been waiting for hours.

I have been coming here for about 9 months. The staff is hilarious and very welcoming. The staff remembers you by name. The best phlebotomist are Caitlin,AJ, Margarita. My veins are difficult and they are so patient!

I used to donate at CSL and they screwed up my veins. I switched to Biomat and it has been great. The staff is great and they take care of you. The people that stick you are great and they like to laugh and have a good time. Caitlin Bree and AJ and Barbra are the best. Managers are great too
