I gave this particular facility a rating of “3 Stars” because although the staff was very polite and professional, the company needs to change the order in which they do things. I believe that asking first time donors what medications they take should be the first thing done. It would have saved a lot of time for me and the staff!

They take walk ins only. Also, if you call before you leave Fayetteville to get there in Bentonville and they tell you they should be able to assist you with your first donation, don’t trust the words that fall from those lips. Better yet, don’t even call. Don’t even ask. Don’t show up. They don’t want to help you anyway.

Went in at 3pm to become a new donor and it took over an hour for them to tell me that I would need to come back the next day to do the physical even though they close at 7. They said they would schedule an appointment for me and that they don’t usually do that. I showed up the next day at my appointment time, only for them to not do anything for another hour and 15 minutes.

Never has staff, the past three months everytime I’ve tried to make an appointment or walk in when they open they send me away and say they’re not taking new donors or don’t do appointments, or tell me to come back in two hours and then when I do say “oh it’s still too late”. Highly unprofessional nobody wants to do their jobs.

…A Frequent donor should be a donor who makes 24 successful donations in a consecutive 3 month time span…Then for the next 3 months, they should receive $100 per donation. After that 3 month period is over, the regular payment system takes over for 3 months.

The wait is usually reasonable. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I also am a fan of most of the music being played. I would definitely recommend. Always up to help people where I can! Glad they’ve opened a facility in Bentonville.
