Can’t ever get an appointment and I’m a 20 year donor. Need to slow the machines down too. Also..there are new fees on the debit card that I don’t appreciate. No morning appointments, no afternoon appointments. I’m seriously getting tired of it. Staff also needs to work on their bedside manners. I used to be a CNA.. I know how people are supposed to be treated.

First visit to this location-staff was excellent, facility was excellent (although frigid), only complaint is the changes to how they pay. Seems to me that if I am required to go through the entire new donor process because it’s been so long since my last visit, I should be compensated as a new donor. Boo, Grifols. That’s just greedy.

I recently came in as a new donor. During the screening process I was given a form to take to my doctor to make sure it’s ok with him to donate as I’m diabetic. He completed the form saying it’s ok. I returned with the form and the screening continued. Then I was told I could not donate because I was on insulin. I had listed and we talked about all my meds in the initial screening. Seems odd it went that far in the first place. My diabetes is under control and has been for years.

I’ve been trying to call for almost an hour and no one is answering the phone. It is absolutely ridiculous how do you expect to get new people to come to you if you don’t answer you phone

Every time I go to donate, the staff is friendly and appreciative. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I am usually a difficult donor to stick as I have small veins, but most are getting used to this and seem to know how to get my line started quickly despite this. I’ve always had a positive experience and enjoy giving back to the community.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They were my first choice when I decided to donate. The place is always clean. When I donate, the process is usually between an hour, hour twenty, which is super nice and I can usually fit it into my schedule pretty quick. The first appt does take a little longer, but it’s so worth it!

Great staff, great facility, amazing rewards. The only complaint that I have is the processing/wait time since y’all got new machines. Used to be relatively in and out but now it takes hours for the whole process. It was my understanding the new machines were to make things go faster so why did the arrival of those seem to clog everything else before that up? Just doesn’t make any sense to me.

The staff is amazing, kind, friendly. But since they gave gotten these new machines it now takes so long to donate, that I may have to stop coming. I have a job, and kids and I just can’t take 2-4 hours to go donate. I know it Has to be frustrating for the staff too. Hopefully a solution is in the very near future. I would hate to think people who rely on plasma medications will be even in lower supply due to people now not having the time it now takes to donate with the new problematic machines.
