The staff are amazing, they are always so nice and welcoming, they even make it a point to learn your name so they can greet you every time you come. In terms of pay they are the best, the bonus’s are amazing overall the best place to donate for some extra cash

The Staff was very polite and kind. The new donor process did take some time to complete but that was because the staff took proper safety precautions and double checked all my information. I felt respected and actually cared for. The donating process it self was easy. I was wonderfully taken care of and all my health concerns understood and handled. It was a comfortable and easy to understand process. The staff made sure to answer all questions and explain all details. They were amazing.

I’ve donated at this location on and off for a couple years. During this time, I’ve gone through many different phases. There were appointments and walk in hours, so many changes in staffing, and a couple attempts to try out different promotions. As time has gone by though, the staffing has become more of an issue. There are not enough staff to handle the volume of donors which leads to too few beds being used. When staff is working with you one on one they are generally great. They do what they could to help relieve the pressure caused by the long wait and low staffing numbers, and try to make your experience more positive. I believe it is the generally positive attitude of the staff that had people coming back despite the long wait and low staffing numbers. If they could just bring in more staff like those already there it would be absolutely great.
