The staff here always make my wife and I feel appreciated and like we are friends rather than a statistic for the day. Very hard working and friendly people, and very efficient at what they do. I am always amazed at the efficiency and great service when I come in. Katie, Momo, and Koda are awesome and always make me feel very welcome. They did a great job and I was in and out in under an hour. I come back because a former employee was also a patient and that made me feel like I was making a difference. Would highly recommend donating here. You are making a difference.

Have had nothing but positive experiences at this facility! Garrett is an excellent stick and was very accommodating. Would 100% recommend biomat over any competitors!! Staff in general actually speak to donors and treat you as an individual. You will not regret your experience here!
