If you want to get yelled at and treated terribly with extreme bias and prejudice got to Biomat on Midway and donate with an employee named Talon. She has absolutely NO business in ANY customer service atmosphere. I would advise for anyone to NEVER go to this poor excuse for a facility with the garbage scattered about and dried blood spatter on the walls. It has to be the most unsanitary place for these procedures that I have EVER seen. So I guess is makes sense that Talon should fit right in.

One worst centers once again, they can’t even get there dates right for donor annuals. A under staffed joke, that needs be looked into, they most certainly don’t have qualified people working here and don’t care about there donors time or health, GET NEW MANAGMENT ITS A JOKE

I love biomat! Clean environment and fast machines! I prefer biomat vs BioLife personally. You can also schedule your appointments online and answer your before visit questions online before you come! No standing at a computer (unless you want to) 🙂

I never leave reviews but I have to say something. This place is HORRIFIC, would leave 0 starts if I could. WAY understaffed, and the staff that is there is not trained well enough. If you do not have perfect easy peasy veins to find, do not go here. Also takes AT LEAST an hour to get hooked up to a machine. I will never ever step foot in this place again. Disgusted with the entire experience. My husband also goes here and they bruised up his arm so bad. Save yourself the hassle and try somewhere else.

I tried donating plasma at the end of last year (2022) and I failed the physical because they’re physician told me I had a heart murmur which I never knew about before, and long story short I was informed from my doctor that I had to go to heart and vascular and now I’ll be under going open heart surgery to fix my mitral valve. You guys saved my life. So thank you!!!! I can’t thank you guys enough!!
