I once gave a 5 star rating. I can’t leave it at that, when I can’t get a anyone that will leave the ringer volume alone, so SOMEONE can answer the telephone. I’ve been there. I have never heard the phone ring. I live 30 minutes away. If I can’t call the center for an appointment I then have to make the drive. I haven’t been able to donate for months because the appointment is filled up and they don’t take walk in past noon. For a place that is supposed to be for the donor experience and the benefit to who we are helping, it’s definitely not. This facility is geared only to the benefit of the employees. Until corporate actually takes the complaints seriously, nothing will change.

I’ve been to several different plasma places in Columbus over the years. This one is the only one that wants people to make appointments. They are professional. Sometimes it’s hard to get someone on the phone when you call. This location has the distinction of having more guys on staff than any of the other plasma places. Nice new equipment. So far my experience has been good.

I love to give 5 and 1 at the same time. The stickers are great. This is my 3 donation. I guess I didn’t understand the roles went to the Kiosk like you normal would at any center. Waited 35 min then found out i need to sign in as well only to then be told I need to do kiosk again so that they get there bonuses. I find this system flawed. There should be a note on the door or a sign that not hidden by the desk or a digital sign in

Rude staff and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE!!! Only way to donate is BY APPOINTMENT it seems but can’t schedule one unless you drive all the way there.But then you literally jus wasted your gas ,time and money just to try and make a little side money to help out. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE??? THIS PLACE SUCKS!! IT ONLY GIVES THE OPTION FOR 1 STAR OR YOU’D GET 0!!!

Yeah I was there Saturday I brought two forms of ID photo on state issued ID in the code key card with my photo, then they’re saying there’s no match in the system and I’m like what do you mean by that in the lady was like I don’t know this isn’t very good help so I had to come downtown to my safe-deposit box to get my social security card to run all the way back out there and try it again. So I haven’t actually donated first but I can tell you it’s a pain in the butt and bring your social security card just in case!

I’ve never donated plasma in Ohio and decided to give this place a go. I arrived at 11:30 and was quickly told they weren’t taking new donors but to come back tomorrow at 7am. That was never mentioned on their website and no one would answer when I tried to call them. I wasted my time and gas to come to this place for nothing. I’ll go somewhere else that pays less because at least they’ll get you in. Don’t recommend this place at all.

It overall, Nice but they don’t ever answer the phone. So I have to like go in and make appointment, because it appointments base now. Like Answer phone knowing they someone by the front desk all the time .

They just don’t have quality people running that place. Staffing is horrible. They can’t keep workers and management seem to not care about the issues of the customer. Time is a big deal.They make you schedule an appointment but NEVER call you on time. Pay was decent in ’20, 21 and it has went down to the lowest it’s ever been since I started donating and I’ve been with them since 2014 smh. I think they should just close the center down.

I generally have had a good experience until today. It was already slower than usual due to staffing which is fine I understand that but after several of us had been sitting more than 1 1/2 waiting to get serviced and Lorena Walberg “supervisor” came back on a power trip and pulled the lady that was servicing our side to come over and help her although we had been sitting and waiting and her customers had just sat down. How do you make what you’re doing the priority when the are other people who have been sitting much longer. I’m gonna find somewhere else to go.

Why do I have to leave a voicemail? So unprofessional. If you don’t have someone to answer phones then hire me. I’m injured and could use the work. I was trying to come donate but it appears you guys need an employee instead of a donor.
