After taking a break from donating I thought returning the place would be better staffed and cleaner but it got worse. There was at least 10 people waiting in the front at various points of ” donating and one person taking care of everything out front while loudly complaining. I told her I was having trouble logging into the computer but she walked away. Finally got ready to donate but my partner was denied donating after being permanently deferred for being black?

Staff was nice but I couldn’t donate due to my medications. The specific one, which they told me was my reason for being disqualified, wasn’t on the disqualification list in the binder they gave me on intake so maybe it’s time to update that list.

STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED. After only 2times of entering that cesspool the staff are Completely unprofessional. Completely unorganized, processing time way behind schedule, an not too mention the gossip about patients personal info is through the roof .

I’ve been going there for over 2 years. Yes it was closed for several months earlier this year for renovations and transition but it has been open now for the past several months. The staff is excellent, professional, and very pleasurable. They take very good care of you. I highly recommend going and becoming a donor. It is a worthwhile contribution.

I guess I “lucked out” on my first visit if you would… so after going through the painfully long/repetitive procedures to get set up for donating I finally made it in and got set up. After getting my vein rolled with an 18 gauge needle for 2-3 minutes, the machine I was set up on decided not to work haha (just my luck)? Anyways – aside to my vein being rolled & the tech malfunction (BPL) still paid me for going through with it all. Which definitely was awesome, can’t complain about that I guess?! Looking forward to actually giving my “first donation” in a couple days. Aside to all of that, if you’ve thought about donating in the past – give it a shot when you have some free time. After your first visit it’s super easy, for a great cause, & obviously it’s $$$$ same day. Staff is also super nice & make it a good experience.

Very transphobic place. Not a friendly place for the pride community in Lewiston/Auburn area

I keep getting texts to write reviews, so I’ll leave a more current one. I haven’t been donating recently because the process from enter to exit is over 2 and a half hours. Couple things could be better like when your donation is complete and the machine tells you your done the staff could be quicker getting you out of there. I spend usually 20 minutes sitting in the chair trying to get someone’s attention to disconnect me from the machine. Also there is a lot of favoritism between staff and their friends that come in and they will get preference over being served first. Overall it’s a good experience I just can’t afford to spend a better part of 3 hours for $25.
