I’ve been donating here for about 6 months now in 2023 and have had nearly 60 donations this year. The staff is very friendly as well as professional and the facility is clean. Typically I get stuck/unstuck by Kelsey or Julie who do a great job ensure safety and a smooth donation process and offer good conversation when they’re not busy.

I felt so welcomed. Everyone is so nice. Not sure the name of the girl that took my picture and all of that, but she is AMAZING. I wish I knew her name. Unfortunately, I had to be somewhere, so I couldn’t stay. It’s a long process the first time around! They try to make it as quick as they can. The chairs are comfy. I might get one for my house whoever does the hiring, good job.

I cannot rave enough about this place, of course there are some issues, all of them in my opinion stem from staffing levels that are set by the home office. This said, the people that work here, kick butt, whether it is the smiling crew up front that have to deal with us (the horde of non stop donors), a few to mention there are Sam, Eryn, Sara, Patricia and (this is emberassing, I can’t remember the name of the awesome one that goes to Gatlinburg, but shes great). The nurse staff that is always there and the stickers in the back… Shoutout to Wynn, Jess, Heather, Brittany and likely some that I overlooked. These people all (even the ones behind the glass I don’t know) make this a better process. I wish they had the support they needed because frankly the location is going to lose great people if they keep working them without enough help. The reinstated director (again don’t know her name, but the Jeep girl) is always trying to make it a better experience and whenever I am donating, which is twice a week for a year, I feel like a person because of the people at this location rather than the cattle or just another number. Lastly, to be clear, staffing levels etc, these are questions that I have asked employees there, this is not something openly discussed. I have a choice of places to go to make my donation, I keep coming here because of the people and I recommend the facility to anyone that will listen to me. GIVE THEM HELP.

I donate relatively frequently. After your first couple visits, donating is a quick way to make about $110/week. Winn is usually who sticks me and he always has success. Most nurses and phlebotomists have a lot of trouble sticking me or fail completely but not here usually.
