I make an Appointment and it takes an hour and half to get to donor floor. One day when I came in for my appointment the reception area was full and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. What, I thought I had an appointment. This location is understaffed. But I have to say that all the staff I have come in contact with are always nice and professional. Because of how long it takes I am considering to quit and maybe go back to CSL; it never took this long to donate there.

They allow people to make appointments that they ain’t staffed to fulfill then wonder why people are aggravated when it’s an hour after your appointment time and there is still 3 people before you. If your not staffed to fulfill the appointments don’t allow them to be made!!! I feel Upper management really needs to be more involved or something to stop people from sitting here waiting for hours. Definitely considering a new plasma center

I’ll give two stars for the few good employees at this location. There’s a very rude blond up front who evidently has a problem with me. I’ve tried to donate THREE times now since Sunday. I got caught in traffic and was late on Sunday… Any other time this is not a problem. The blond girl told me id have to come back another time. Fast forward to Tuesday. Same blond is working. I get skipped and am sitting there waiting for triage for over twenty minutes. I have another appointment so I go to the desk and have them cancel this one. As soon as this appointments is cancelled, the blond calls me to triage. Too late. I return three hours later for my THIRD attempt… They are out of supplies for donations and it’s going to be a wait. I made an appointment for a reason. Now I have to get to work!!! How can you donate and help people if they won’t let you or if they can’t even keep supplies on hand!? They need more competent people there because some of the current employees are quite incapable of even being decent human beings!!!

rude & pointless scheduling an appointment. took an hour just to get papers to fill out. they need to let me manage tbis place cause they obviously dont know what they are doing. you should give paper work as soon as they come in & have them doing videos etc while waiting on nurse. so unorganized in the process.have had to call their corporate numerous times

horrible phlebotomist . they can never find my vein but I go else where an they find my vein with no hesitation.. I will NEVER be back if I could give 0 stars I would . not to mention the las phlebo I had was their when I returned an didn’t even wanna look at my veins again it was very rude . I’m a phlebotomist myself so I know! def don’t recommend this place

Went to give plasma. Gionna was my phlebotomist and she was very kind and funny. Made sure to check on everyone. Highly recommend this place and if you see her. Tell her what’s up. Zach and ahlayah were super attentive as well. Highly recommend

Its mostly a great place. Appointments are helpful. However they reject college students who live in student housing??? Like what, really. My college student child that lives in student housing was rejected because her address is too risky. He has been donating at CSL for years and don’t you test the plasma? What’s too risky? I would think you would welcome college students that need to make some extra bucks! Luckily her lease there ends today and she is moving back in with me. So, heads up college students, use your parents address!
