“No Cellphone”, but everyone is using one. Oh, no “usage” you mean? Because of patients’ sensitive information? But y’all chicken heads talk more $h¡t about each other on a good day. “Professional”, ha. Don’t forget, this company NEEDS us… not the other way around. They under pay you, to over charge others. Remember that!

I usually get in and out pretty quick but lately I wonder why we even make appointments! I had a 9:15 appointment and here it is right at 10:00 and I’m still waiting. We make appointments because we have other appointments! There’s at least 4 people in here with a 9:15 appointment! You can’t get everyone in at the same time! It’s not worth the compensation already. It’s really not when you wait an hour to get back the 20 minutes in the hallway, then almost another hour in the chair! The poor employees are swamped with new donors and everyone having the same appointment time! Fix it!!

For the second consecutive time of attempting to donate I have ran out of time and had to leave. Last appointment I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours and had to leave as even if I was called back right then, I wouldn’t have had time to finish. Today, same story. My appointment was 8:15, showed up at 8. At 9:30 I left. They didn’t even start bringing people back to screen u til after 9. And for the second time in a row. The waiting room was completely full. And the back was pretty much empty. I don’t know if it’s laziness or incompetence but this has the be the worst place I have ever donated in the 15 years I have been doing this.

Everything I have seen in the previous reviews is absolutely true the in fighting amongst employees. The center staff being overworked and under staffed! Also my appointment was at 3:30-3:45 I didn’t get done until 5:45!

This is going to be my last donation here. They have zero respect for their donors time. They have the “appointment” slots on the app, yet there has been multiple times I have showed up to an appointment and sat in the waiting room for over an hour, just to go to the back and it be, maybe, half full. Then today’s donation. I showed up 6 minutes early, as the app suggests, and was told to “wait until my appointment time to sign in.” There were 3 people in the waiting room. And 7 donating when I made I to the chair. Maybe if they had some sense of urgency when people came in, they wouldn’t get so “busy” that donors had to wait for over an hour.

Man oh man. If I could really rate this place, I’d call it Hell. One of the worst places to ever work at. First off, the entire staff acts as if they are some type of “medical professional” when they can’t even pronounce half of the tests ordered for additional samples. The management has absolutely no respect for donors, co workers of themselves. After coming back from my deployment, i was fired because my “army schdule” was just too complicated for them to work around. And after months of working over time, they would take my over time and use it as PTO so i would never get paid. Instead, id get a write up or warning about “trying to work more hours for more pay”. Completely illegal. Youd think that someone there would have some type of compassion but its just favoritism and benefits. Too much drama. And after a few years, I see nothing has changed.

When you think of donating plasma you’d expect a worm opening environment, but to be honest this had the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The Ladies were very rude and did not listen when I spoke. I drove 45 mins for nothing. They did not let me donate.

They mess up the blood drain and bruise my arms everything, then say I can’t donate again. I have had great donations before I’m not sure why now no one here knows how to do their jobs right anymore.

I’m actually sitting here as we speak. My appointment was set for 9am to which I arrived 10 mins early with my sick surgery filled out ready to go. I was called into the back for screening at 910 then sat in the donation chair until 1009 before being hooked up to donate. One nurse came over and asked another about who was next in line to which I explain it was the gentleman next to me, myself, then the guy across from us. The nurse had said she was in a different section and it didn’t need to go in order, so a guy that came in after 2 of us got hooked up to donate first. I was in the donation chair for almost 35 minutes before he was even screened. The nurse that skipped me is the same nurse that told me last Friday I could use talk to text on my phone to make a note during donation. I told her I would like to speak with management about it after I leave to which she went and talked to the manager while I was donating to give her side of the story, on a third event the same day she told me I couldn’t use talk to text she unhooked my machine after I had only donated 530ml and said they have a time restraint on donating and it was 90 minutes, why was I unhooked after 75 then? This was April 17 or 21 as it was last week. Most of the employees are absolutely amazing but she always had an attitude. I do not know her name but it’s at the Clarksville, TN donation center and she is around 5′ and always wears a pink golf visor for her face shield
