Never had a single issue with this place, I’ve been going here for over 3+ years and I’ve seen all kinds of people that go here and complain about the speed but they’re working with the best they’ve got. I feel like I’ve experienced every problem in this place that a customer could from being stuck outside of the vein and getting a bubble or having to get restuck or even being wrapped not tight enough but I’ve never let that stray me away from the place. Everyone here is super friendly, courteous, and helpful with any questions you may have. Needles are always sterile when it comes to getting pricked or even stuck. Yeah the wait times suck but my only suggestion is at least put some barstools or some plastic-pull out chairs for the line. Maybe a suggestion box?

Needs better communication one wk I’m getting $70 the first donation for the wk then next wk they give me $50 and they never answer the phones it’s not even 4pm on a Monday and I’ve called 4x to no answer whatsoever. And my last visit I had to wait the next day just to get my funds because I went in around 4 and by the time I left they was closed and nobody answered the phones of course and I was unable to get the funds until the next day

Derek is an excellent phlebotomist and exemplifies the standard when it comes to professionalism. Aliyah, Destiny, Jeudy and Katherine also exemplify excellent customer service and you never feel a discomfort when they stick you. All of them always have a smile and never get impatient or frustrated. Ms. Vicky in the front is another employee always smiling and making the donor feel welcomed and appreciated.

Confused about all these one star ratings for wait times? Is this your first time donating people? For your first visit your always looking at 2-4 hours. After that usually about 2. You’re getting paid 125 dollars for what? 4 hours max? Lmao. Not only are you getting paid way more then deserved for such little time you’re also saving a life. Crazy how salty you people are.

Just a horrible experience. Waited 3 hrs as a new donor and didn’t even get a physical so I left. So understaffed.wouldn’t waste your time. I was doing it to help someone not for the money. Called manager to express my feelings there just like ok.
