False advertising of donation amount and duration, to obtain donors. IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN TO THIS LOCATION– DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM SAYING $1OO(4). The appointment system doesn’t make any sense as they do not follow appointment times. If a favorite come in and say that they need to use the bathroom or taking the bus; they will make you wait (completed with needle still in arm- while they’ve hit the button so that it’s no longer beeping) to go and take them off and lie to you saying that this donor has finished first ( when clearly the machine shows when the donor is completed. They rather converse with their co-worker about why you’re calling while you are on the phone instead of handling the situation at hand.

They are all amazing..I have been going to this location fir almost 2 years..traveling from Jupiter..I even started going to another facility closer to where I live but the experience was terrible and I went right back to royal palm facility

Although I don’t like that sometimes it takes a while for the money to get on your card after you do plasma it’s very clean I like that there’s appointment settings so it’s not you having to wait forever their new system is great the staff is friendly to people that go there or clean and well-behaved compared to some of the other plasma centers I’ve been to this pays a little less than others but I prefer the atmosphere

Horrifying and Poorly Managed. Spent 5 hours at this location the first time to register and donate. While I was on the table with a needle in my arm donating my Plasma a staff member came over to me and told me they had to dispose of my Plasma the nurse made a mistake and that I needed my doctor to fill out a form for my type II regulated diabetes. I got the form filled out, brought it back, had an appointment and was told I couldn’t donate that day and they will review the form and get back to me. I didn’t hear from anyone in weeks so I went back and they told me I needed something else. I got that taken care of and went back and was now told I have to bring in blood work results. I was disgusted after all these times back and forth just a total insult and waste of time. I donate to CSL and never had any issues like this. I told BIOMAT USA GRIFHOLS Royal Palm Beach that I had enough. Very poorly run and disorganized. I try to do something to help and was put through all this aggravation. In my eyes it appears this business is trying to conduct medical care at the same time. They boast on the nurse office board about how many tetanus shots they gave last week, Good Job it says on the dry erase board in the nurse room. The facility isn’t sanitary from what I can see. All I’m going to say.

I think the staff and facility are great however I’ve been having a difficult time trying to get my blood sample reviewed by the doctor for the past 4 weeks. I totally understand staffing shortage and the Doc only being available once a week but if they had my result back surely I would think they would get back to me instead of me having to constantly check in.

Wasted 2hrs at this place. Seemed under staffed because atleast an hour of my time there was spent sitting by myself doing nothing. There were 2 staff members doing physicals and the guy that was supposed to be doing mine had to leave early which was in 40min. The other staff member came in and told the guy who had just started mine there were 2 Spanish people he would have to help because the other guy didn’t speak Spanish. Then I was told because I have MILD COPD he was worried that I may pass out while sitting in a chair relaxing and giving plasma. I’ve never even gotten dizzy while donating. No one could even tell I have COPD. Funny as I was sitting there I could hear the guy that was supposed to be doing my physical wheezing while he was just sitting at the desk. Hopefully not due to Covid. If anyone was in danger of passing out it was him. I just think he wanted to get rid of me so wouldn’t be late leaving early. I wasn’t impressed with this place at all and wouldn’t recommend it. The computer they had me on barely worked. Took an average of 8 to 10 pushes to get it to register the button you were try to push on and they didn’t even bother switching me. I’m really mad my time wasted at this place..Try elsewhere.
