I’ve went 3 times to try and donate, first time it took them about 4 hours to screen me and get me through everything including donating, wasn’t horrible. Second visit I came in no appointment cause they said they’d show me how to make an appointment and everything through the app on my second visit, they showed me how but was very sarcastic and with how he was showing me, 3 visit came in for my 3:30-3:45 app, I got there at 3:42 and was denied saying I can only be 10 minutes late and they are full for the day, guy explaining that was sayin that in such a convoluted manor that I felt like he thought I was slow in the head. Overall bad experience might donate at other places

No longer coming to this location. Those girls i encountered today are just like high school kids. I dont appreciate the talking over and across the rooms. Normal conversation i am okay with. I dont need to hear other peoples drama while im donating. I got enough of my own.

I have donated at other plasma centers with less staff and have never spent more then hour and a half this place is by far the slowest staff will stand around and watch while donors wait long periods of time to only receive 50 for 2 plus hours and it keeps getting worst.

It’s always hit or miss with staff. First time at the facility there was a male employee cursing and having a melt down at the vitals area over management issues and it made me feel really uncomfortable. They have some great employees the only reason they got 2 stars, but there are a few rotten apples who are inexperienced, lack caring to do a good job or very disgruntled employees, perhaps that’s the company’s fault or they are just lazy and immature? I have had my vein punctured straight through out the other side and the tech just shrugged her shoulders and said, “sorry” like it was no big deal. She complained the whole time I was there about her fear of working past 7:30. I was bruised for 2 weeks with several days of pain and that was the worst. Multiple times left terribly bruised and pain for 1-2 days later to be told by senior phlebotomists it was probably due to improper placement into the vein, rushing, and/or pressures too high for the vein, basically poor skilled employees who just didn’t care about what there are doing and don’t even care to fix the placement. If you don’t ask for a senior phlebotomist you are risking being injured. Staff all too often are upset with management and constantly complaining and at times when they are really upset cursing around donors and Very unprofessional, again it’s not all them. There are some really great people there, but I’ve had enough of the immature and inexperienced kids working with needles so I won’t be returning a after a month of going there leaving injured more than not. I thought it would be a great way to help others and pay for a nice Christmas for my family. Not worth it in my opinion.

So you cut the staff and you cut the donor’s pay. My appointment was 4 o’clock I finally just got back here and got stuck at 5 o’clock. You have a bunch of stiffs here walking around taking notes slowing everything down. It’s not worth coming in here for 50 bucks for over 2 hours. You have one person working out front taking Everybody vital stats. Now you make Everyone stand in line out front waiting to get our vitals taken what’s the purpose of that.
