Only come when I have to for money… Other than that horrible. Will leave you sitting for an hour hooking up others seated after you (no, not new donors). In addition, my husband and I went. He was seated right after me. I was hooked up and half way done (30 minutes later) and they finally realized no one hooked him up …5 other people had be hooked up by that point….

Hi! I donated here twice this week, both days I got really sick and Cat helped me. She was insanely kind and made me feel better. I have a fear of blood and needles so this obviously wasn’t the best decision. She was understanding and I’m thankful she was there.

Hi there I’m a new donor I’ve donated many times this month I came in yesterday only to discover my blood pressure was too high I’ve encountered this several times because I have a history of high blood pressure I have been taking my medication to make sure my blood pressure is low also hydrating accordingly I also have a device that records my blood pressure from day to day the numbers didn’t match before I came in and tried to donate I’ve donated almost a month already please check your devices because it’s not cool getting turned away when you know for sure you are ready to donate

I’ve been donating here since they first opened up. I’ve never had a problem until recently. There’s a certain employee that a lot of donors are afraid of getting poked by, because he has a reputation of having to stick you up to 3 times before getting it right. He’s blown out veins. My sister was one of the persons he did this to. My last day there he was the one who was going to stick me, I told him I didn’t want to be sticked by him, and I was very nice about it. He asked why and I told him. I looked around and didn’t see anyone else available so I told him to go ahead but if he double sticks me I’ll have to give him a punch for it, obviously it was a joke because we were both laughing. He said while were laughing don’t threaten me and I said I would never threaten you, because that would be rude. I promise I would never do that. When I was done donating I was called in and told that I was reported for threatening an employee to punch him in the face. I was shocked. The lady talking to me was very rude and dismissive, I tried to explain to her that it was just a misunderstanding. She then told me if it happens again I won’t be able to donate there again. I honestly didn’t plan on going back after this, but I work with ppl everyday that needs plasma and that’s the only reason I donate. I don’t even use the money I get from them. Besides this incident I still have employees there that I like very much, that are HONEST, PROFFESIONAL and know how to properly insert a needle without causing damage.
