This was my first time donating plasma. Every single person in the office that I talked to was extremely knowledgeable and FRIENDLY! It did take awhile to set up and go through the paperwork and physical but that is expected. I will go back and again I wanted to recap on the customer service is for sure 110% meeting expectations!

I came to my appointment and was told to come back the next day because I had to go through the new donor process when I came back the next day I patiently went through the process and confirmed at the time of arrival and with the person that did my vitals that I would be getting the $100 compensation (hints: the reason I came back and patiently waited to go through the new donors process again) after being there 4 hours I went home waited an hour checked the card and only got $40! I was really in need of the $100 which is why I confirmed before trusting them and donating MY plasma. But wasted gas and time that I didn’t have to go there twice just to be wronged. Called and got nothing corrected. The management team fixed the issue and sent me the rest of the money. Within 2 days.

I’m very disappointed with this facility. Today is June 29,2013. My last visit prior was last week.I donated successfully but was bruised due to staff moving the needle around in my Arm. That was the first donation of the week, and the 2nd one had been deferred due to the bruises and missed the 2nd compensation which is the highest.I waited until it cleared, came back Tuesday June 27th, still unsuccessful and today the same results. I’ve missed 3 donations, waisted my gas and my time and was only compensated 10 dollars. The phlebotimist are very under trained and the donor is the one who suffers. There should still be compensation especially when it is not the fault of the donor. You need to train your staff extensively before allowing them to stick any donors.

Do not go here. This place wastes your time. The website let’s you make an appointment online and then when you show up in person, they turn you away. I suggest you find somewhere else.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! They are rude and nasty!!!! I went in today and they use no iodine before sticking me and then when I was finished the woman looked at me and said she had someone to stick then she will unhook me!! Then the conversations they have while your in there is very unprofessional!!!

This was my first time as a plasma donor so I wasn’t sure what to expect ! Due to the high amount of negative reviews already posted about the rude staff , and several other complaints, It almost deterred me from even going . But I decided I would give it a go and let my own experience be the reason I returned or not . I did want quite a while to start any of the different parts for new donors , however . That was made up and exceeded by employees . The AMAZING staff at this center truly deserve a huge round of applause. There was nothing but very nice , patient , and very knowledgeable employees and they each reflected such a high level professional throughout the entire ( lengthy intake process)! I will Definitely return because it was such an amazing experience with a staff that truly had it together !

I want to give a big shout out to the staff and management at this center! Each and every time I visit this center I am treated like royalty. They all address me by my name and treat me like a member of their own family. I am greeted professionally and the customer service is outstanding. They are always smiling, welcoming, and happy to assist. The facility is clean and comfortable. The management team is usually on the floor helping the staff and assisting them to make a pleasurable experience for us! Keep up the awesome work ladies and gentlemen!
