I am still fairly new to the donation. Have donated twice a week since 07/31/23. First donation was expected to be a little longer but afterwards with the speedy online process hour to hour and a half tops. Everyone is helpful and kind. The compensation is nice but I wish everyone would understand what we are all here for. Thank you all for everything you do and also to everyone that donates. We’re saving lives

It pays well and it’s a nice building but they are short staffed so do not come here if you are in a hurry! Also must make an “appointment” for some reason but it doesn’t change anything, still first come first serve. Appointment Nazis

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and I’ve never had an bad donation. I’ve become good friends with almost the whole staff, they give Yu great conversation while setting you up take their time with the stick and makes you feel so comfortable the whole time. Love it here. They are family now.

First off I would like to start by saying I am not affiliated with Biomat and this review is from the heart!

While I am a new donor, I have been impressed with Biomat so far. The staff all seem very competent and I have never felt unsafe or lacking in proper care. I look forward to continuing to donate in the future.

I’ve donated here for a month and every staff member has been fantastic and very professional. Today I encountered the worse service attitude from Marcus at the front desk. He wandered off while I was walking to his desk when he finally came back he blamed me for signing in late by 1 minute, told me it’s not fair with a bad attitude. I hope I never encounter him again and I hope none of you have to encounter his poor attitude towards people. If he doesn’t know how to talk to people he shouldn’t be working with the public. I hope management sees this and has a talk with him as I can name 10 other workers here that are amazing to chat with and have a great personality. I guess everywhere has to have that one bad apple.

Came back as a new donor. Confirmed 2 weeks in advance with management that I’d be treated fairly only to have Some guy named Brady tell me that My bodily fluids wasn’t what I was being paid for. So tired of this place treating poor people like cattle! I asked to talk to a manager and be paid as advertised only to be told I can go elsewhere. Don’t go to this place they won’t pay you what you deserve. 35$ for 4 hours. They will promise you 125 and pay you a 3rd of that value!

If you have the spare time, it’s a good way to make a little extra gas money. The staff is SO nice, the facility is clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I went a few weeks ago as a first time donor but was unable to donate due to having an eczema flare up. I had already waited 2-3 hours at this point and the lady who interviewed me (I wish I could remember her name!) was very sympathetic and gave me two VIP cards for my trouble so that I could skip the lines for the next couple of times. I finally went in today as a first time donor. I did not make an appointment this time, and I would say I was in there for a total of 3-4 hours from start to finish. It should be noted that they are upfront on their website that that is the expected time it should take for a first time donor, so be prepared for that. You have to have your blood checked, a physical, fill out forms, etc. It’s for your safety as well as the safety of the people receiving your plasma. I was overall pleased with my experience here. Everyone was so kind, and though it was very crowded, they all were working at a fast pace with a smile on their faces to get everyone in. My first experience was a positive one, and I will be back.
