Used to be very fast and efficient process , however , after the 1st year open it really slowed down. Long wait times throughout the donation process. Staff was always friendly however the skill level of the phlebotomists seemed to wane also as time went on. Borrowing staff from fall River and Hartford locations was a bad idea.

Recently issued new payment cards to donors which charge a ridiculous fee. Every time I use this card I get charged a random fee. It’s bad enough their payout is terrible…. but now they switched over payment cards forcing donors to pay a ridiculous fee everytime they use it. I have never in my life owned let alone even heard of a debit card that charges a fee. Absolutely pathetic!!!

Very clean place. Very nice people. Always working other than another place I’ve been too. Also they changed their cards so now we have to pay these random fees and that’s why I gave two stars.

Just went as first time donor and stood at the desk for ten minutes before I even saw someone who works there. Ignored by 2 people before someone asked me what I needed. Since I didn’t have my SS card, I couldn’t start, but if it’s like that everytime I donate I won’t waste my time. The place is very clean and pleasant despite zero customer service.

I felt extremely comfortable as a first time donor. The staff was extremely friendly and did their best to make things go as quickly as possible.

It took me 4 1/2 hours as a bee donor because the staff are slow and lazy and the older white women in the front is very rude and passive aggressive she must really hate herself and have to take it out on us

Sat in the place for an hour and a half watched the three ppl before me go up then also another three that came in after me. The ENTIRE TIME….. wasn’t called and they didn’t even give me any paper work or things to do or fill out during other ppl getting helped so I basically wasted a hour and a half because I ended up walking out disgusted !!! Everyone walks right to the back when they see u at the desk also just listening to rnb and rap music in the back holding convos amongst themselves and ignoring ppl. Definitely not worth it cuz they aren’t like before

Soo the staff are very friendly, and are willing to help you out in every way possible. They know your name , but what makes this far from a Cheers episode is the long wait. More then a few have said this in the reviews..one ex like another girl says I’d I have to be in work for 2 and yet going at 11 am you have to worry about being late fir work..thats 3 hours on avg I wait every donation..everyone from r.i. goes to this one location. Maybe there should be a few in R.i. to lessen the congestion..and after the initial questions at kiosk, maybe instead of waiting like we’re at a drs office. We the donors would feel more comfortable as to line up after the kiosk..feels like more of your own time…bottom line..NO EXCUSE TO WAIT 3 HOURS ON AN AVG EACH DONATION OF THE WEEK..

Staff is great Unfortunately the fact that you have to check in on a kiosk and then wait an hour and a half to be checked in by the staff and then wait another hour to donate in another room is ridiculous CSL is in and out but unfortunately they don’t pay as much. However it is not worth my time when I’m there for 4 hours
