One of the most unprofessional places I have ever seen. Staff rude and don’t let you see their name tags and will tell you anything that will stop you from donating if you show up after 6pm. . BioLife pays more money and are much more professional

The first several times I went I enjoyed it..Today was a very unpleasant experience!!I got there at 9:30 and patiently waited to be seen for about 30 minutes..Once in the back I waited an additional 30 minutes, just to be sat at my donating station, yet remained calm ..It wasn’t until I sat for 45 minutes at my donating station,to be serviced when I became very unhappy..There were two women one of which was laughing and joking taking her sweet time and the other was just wondering around ,meanwhile the place was getting more and more packed,i just got up and left!!It’s the rude blatant disrespect for me!!

Went a year ago with a friend and decided to donate myself. I was told that I couldn’t because I was, at that time, taking blood pressure medicine. I came back a year and a few months later (today) and was told I was on a permanent block from donating because when I had come in previously I told them I was only on one prescription. Apparently my PC sent a form advising that I was also taking supplements and allergy medicine and another prescription. I explained that I had quit taking the other prescription a year prior to my original visit, but I assumed my doctor had included that in case I ever went back on it. I offered to take paperwork to my doctor to have them refill it out. They refused me saying it was decided already the previous year that I could never donate, insinuating that I had purposely lied to them previously. Great job! I’m no longer on blood pressure medicine and only take a vitamin and allergy medicine. I assume they don’t really need plasma donations. Waste of my time and effort.

I love all of the people there. Everyone is so friendly and during Covid, when you couldn’t really go anywhere, I felt like they were family (still do!). Plus it’s a really good feeling to help save a life with hardly making any effort other than laying in a chair for about an hour. Pay them a visit!

How close do you have to be to the place you donate to… Say this one?? Is there a rule or something about living in the town…if not the town … how about a set mile?

Very poor donor service from the personal no center manager was available to answer any questions or to question why quite a few staff workers was walking around talking but not working. All the center’s behavior is recorded on the center’s cameras.

Zero stars. I’ve been coming since 2020 for extra gas money as I drive an hour to work. After being pulled to the back to check my veins (no communication there what so ever) the lady looked at my veins and said, “you can go back to the front.” I waited for about ten minutes and finally someone called me to ask what I had been waiting on and I explained the situation. She went to the back and from there I could here the lady yell “NO!” very loudly. I’m assuming it was about the situation at hand. They sent someone back up to rudely tell me, “your veins aren’t suitable.” I said okay and left. I’ve never had an issue my entire life with my veins. I honestly feel it’s because some of them clearly don’t know what they’re doing. S/O to Tish and Jenifer through as they’ve always been nice!

One star. Would not recommend at all. Went there and did all the screening and physical and finger stick, when it comes time to take my blood pressure the lady pulls out this wireless blood pressure cuff and tells me to stay completely still while it’s running. Note she was watching me the entire time. It was giving an error message and she said after 3 errors you can’t donate that day and you will have to go through the entire screening process to donate again. It kept giving the error message and all she could tell me was to stay still which I was doing. She told me that they can’t use a regular blood pressure machine or take my blood pressure manually. Complete waste of time(right at 3 hours). Definitely will not be going back.
