The phlebotomist was so awful and unprofessional that she missed the vein several times, inflicting pain with each attempt, and then she pierced the vein all the way through, pulled the needle out without applying pressure, resulting in my blood spraying all over. I can’t believe the let someone who seemed to have zero experience handle a patient at all.
