Used the Colmar site. Check in process is easy but thorough, procedure and environment is clean, employees are kind, patient and knowledgeable. I’ve donated Blood and Breastmilk. Compensation is fair and easy to obtain with a reloaded pay card. Will definitely donate again!

Have been going to BSC since July 2020. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They keep an upbeat vibe in the donation room (even in the early morning) with a good rapport between the donors and amongst themselves.

Got a call at 6:54 AM that my 7:00 AM appointment “needs to be moved to after 9AM or another day”, because “we are understaffed”. Back in November and December 2022, 3 long term employees left the company, specifically employees from the Colmar, PA location. They had been with the company for at least 5 years, the duration for which I have been been donating.

The workers in gray Tennessee are nice but are not certified to stick and the past few times my wife and I have went we have both infiltrated and we were not paid for what we had already donated. It almost seemed like they are great to you at first but once you become a regular donor they purposefully do this so you get paid less and they still get the donation. I do not recommended going unless you want collapsed veins.
