This place is a joke. They always turn people away for either iron or protein when its them messing up causing it to be low. Then when you try and call to follow up and explain you get rudly cut off….yet your the bad guy when you loose your patients cause you wont be heard out. My doctor along with a place i go habe checked my iron and has always been dead on so its them and this place. Save your time and dont go here. They should just shut down with all the competition they have also. Thats probably why there always changing and adding new things.

So far I’ve been waiting here for an hour even with an appointment scheduled in advance. The waiting room itself is dirty and people are on their phones with the volume all of the way up. In addition, you can’t hear anything the people behind the desk say and there isn’t wifi. It should not be such an inconvenience and hassle to try and donate blood to a good cause.

I was cold and my protein levels were too low they should be 39 not sure what the 39 is but I do have the parameters from the FDA and they are stated it as less than half of the levels that are required by your company. Here are the parameters that I found from the FDA and a national board bank.The normal range for men is 13.5 to 17.5g/dL. For women, the normal range is 12.0 to 15.5g/dL. African American men and women will have a normal range that varies by 0.7g/dL at the low end of the range.

Unfortunately they change there policies and testing too much prices are always changing as well for instance was told diabetics get paid 100$ or more and well now there not doing that was paid 30$ for 1.5 hours of time as I was promised 100$ the first time I came I was not told policy and things changed that they were not doing the study anymore so why is it I wasn’t told this before the testing was done? I say possibility of a lawsuit?

I have been donating here for a few years now, unfortunately the timing of which we are taken to the back has been lacking in a huge decline. Today I recorded that I was there for almost 3 hours to donate for 30$ in total. Prices have been changing to often for me and the Time was inconvenient. I will no longer be donating there anymore and will be looking into one of there competitors. ♂️
